The Vimtag Indoor Camera offers all-round protection with its AI intelligent detection features, including human detection, sound detection, and integration with Alexa. Its 360° full coverage, 355° pan and 115° tilt capabilities, as well as the advanced DBM (Dynamic Background Modeling) and ROI (Region Of Interest) Encoding Intelligent technology, ensure clear live pictures both day and night with a 4MP HD resolution.
The camera is easy to install, requiring only three simple steps: connecting the power, downloading the Vimtag app, and connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The app supports adding up to 32 cameras, allowing users to monitor multiple areas simultaneously.
Compared to other Vimtag products, the Indoor Camera offers a range of features, including 2.5K/4MP video resolution, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, human/motion/sound-activated intelligent detection, IR night vision, and plug-in power. It also works with Alexa and has a built-in siren alarm.
Regarding compatibility, the camera does not currently support 5GHz Wi-Fi, but it does offer local storage via a MicroSD card (up to 512GB). To reset the camera, users can slide the lens up and press the reset button for 6 seconds.
Subscribing to the cloud storage service is not mandatory, as users can enjoy a 30-day free trial and opt for continuous local storage using a MicroSD card for absolute protection of their home, pets, and family.
