Comparing Vimtag's product lineup, the Light Bulb Cam offers a 2.5K/4MP video resolution, 2.4GHz WiFi connectivity, and intelligent detection of human, motion, and sound. It features IR/Color night vision (with spotlight) and is weather-resistant with an IP65 rating for outdoor use.

Other Vimtag models, such as the Outdoor PTZ Cam and the PTZ Cam, provide similar capabilities, including 2.4GHz WiFi, intelligent detection, and IR/Color night vision. These models offer increased video resolutions up to 4K/8MP and expanded pan/tilt ranges.

Regarding compatibility, the camera does not currently support 5GHz WiFi networks, as it is limited to 2.4GHz connections. This decision was made to ensure stronger signal penetration and a wider coverage range.

The camera is considered wireless, as it requires a power connection to the E27 port but connects to the wireless network via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Local storage is supported through the inclusion of a MicroSD card slot, accommodating cards up to 512GB.

To reset the camera, locate the reset button on top of the lens, open the waterproof cover, and press and hold the button for 6 seconds while the camera is powered on.

Subscribing to the cloud storage service is not mandatory, as you can opt to use a MicroSD card for recording. However, if neither cloud storage nor a MicroSD card is utilized, you will not be able to save recordings.
